Won’t You Be My Neighbor?: GO SEE IT NOW!

Saw it Friday night, it’s now Sunday morning and I am still speechless! This is not a movie review, cause I can’t put into words what I experienced.

Love is at the root of everything – all learning, all parenting, all relationships. Love or the lack of it. And what we see and hear on the screen is part of who we become. – Fred Rogers

In the world, right now, we need more Mr. Fred Rogers. For so many reasons, but right now for our kids. Like my wife Kelly said yesterday, “If you have kids, if you are going to have kids, if you work with kids, if you were once a kid, you need to see this movie.” We plan on our kids seeing it as soon as possible!

We went with friends, who have a brand new baby. After the movie they looked at us and said “we are going to buy every episode and make sure our child watches him.” All 4 of us had “puffy eyes” from, well you know, “allergies”.
